Step One: Initial Consultation

Give it the Green Light: Once you've tested our system and are satisfied with its performance and brand representation, simply let us know, and we'll proceed with implementation. We'll spend an hour with your team to guide you through all the integrations, including connecting your phone system, email provider, and any additional touchpoints.

Step Five: Iterations & Improvement

Continuous improvement: Perfecting the system typically takes around 3 months. We achieve this by dedicating at least 2 hours per week to review and refine your bot's responses. As every company has unique needs, some specific requests may arise that we can’t anticipate. In these cases, the system will initially respond with a generic message, but we'll proactively reach out when there’s an opportunity to enhance the bot. You can also submit change requests at any time, and we’ll implement them for you.
